The story of The Ridge

The Ridge began with a move from California to Texas and a wish to be closer to family. The homeowners found a square lot in an established custom home neighborhood and pictured a place where they could enjoy retirement, welcome their grandchildren, and feel truly at home.

Because they were building from another state, they originally planned to make several trips to Texas to check on the home as construction progressed. They trusted our team, and the on-site security cameras gave them a way to look in on the job whenever they wanted. As their confidence grew, they felt comfortable letting the build move forward without making all those planned visits.

The result is a peaceful place to enjoy this next chapter: a forever home near the family they came to Texas to be closer to, with plenty of opportunities to spend time with their grandchildren.
