The story of The Peak
The Peak began with a young couple’s wish to build near family. They chose a lot in the same neighborhood as their parents and in-laws, right at the top of the hill. The setting gave the home its name and an opportunity to make the most of the Hill Country view.
They had a clear vision for how they wanted to live there. Working with our designers, they shaped the home around the view, including a second-floor walkout deck at the front of the house. From there, they can step outside and take in the landscape that drew them to the lot in the first place.
It’s a home that feels connected to its surroundings and to the family nearby—a wonderful place for this couple to begin their next chapter and, someday, grow their own family.
