Sales Executive

Fernanda brings a background in architecture, interior design and real estate to conversations with clients. A realtor since 2017, she helps families connect their ideas and priorities to a home that fits. She speaks English, Spanish and French.

Roger Gauvreau

Sales Executive

Roger helps clients turn their ideas for a custom home into a practical starting plan. Drawing on his real estate background and years of client service, he listens closely to what matters most, helps explore land and home options, and keeps the conversation focused on goals, budget and next steps.

Business Development Manager / Partner

Jesse leads business development at Macaw Homes and is a partner in one of our affiliated companies. He works with prospective homeowners to understand their goals, preferred location and budget, then helps them identify the right next steps toward a custom home.

Project Manager

Tony brings more than 30 years of residential construction experience, including custom and production homes. His background spans building, project management and home inspection. At Macaw Homes, he helps coordinate the work behind each project.

David Bobadilla

Financial Analyst

David supports financial analysis for the Macaw Homes team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Florida and brings that training to his work on the business side of homebuilding.

Office Manager

Vanessa keeps the office organized and helps clients and team members stay connected. She coordinates schedules, supports day-to-day operations and serves as a helpful point of contact for the team.
