Custom Home Sales Professional
Represent Macaw Homes and help prospective clients turn their land, ideas, budget, and timing into a clear plan for moving forward.
What you’ll do
- Connect with prospective clients, listen to their goals, and guide the initial custom-home conversation.
- Follow up consistently and keep leads, conversations, and next steps organized.
- Build relationships with real estate agents, landowners, and referral partners.
- Introduce buyers to our homes, building process, and build-on-your-lot opportunities.
- Coordinate with our team on consultations, project information, and a smooth handoff as clients move forward.
- Represent Macaw at home tours, open houses, and networking opportunities.
What you’ll bring
- A relationship-first approach to sales, with clear communication and dependable follow-through.
- The initiative to develop opportunities and stay engaged through a longer sales process.
- Comfort discussing clients’ priorities, budgets, locations, and timelines.
- Strong organization and confidence using digital tools to manage a sales pipeline.
- An interest in custom homes and the San Antonio and Hill Country markets.
Experience in home sales, real estate, construction, or consultative sales is helpful. Tell us how your background would translate to this role.

Macaw Homes is a family-owned custom homebuilder serving San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country. Our work includes build-on-your-lot homes and Parade of Homes projects. You’ll help clients understand what building with Macaw could look like for their own land and goals.
